Certified Business & Life coach
I am a certified Life & Business Coach, a member of the Swiss Coaching Association, and a Coaching Supervisor certified by the Swiss Confederation.
I work with individuals, professionals, leaders, and organisations across Europe, guiding them through programmes focused on leadership development, decision making clarity, and the management of relational dynamics in both personal and professional contexts.
My background is rooted in international business, where I trained and led teams of hundreds of people across multiple countries. Today I support both individuals and organisations in strengthening personal accountability, operational autonomy, and effective collaboration.
I also teach at PNL Evolution School in Lugano, within their advanced coaching and counselling programme, with a focus on working through difficult emotions in professional settings.
